Boxing boot camps at Juarèz Boxing are an exhilarating way to challenge your body and mind while learning the art of boxing. Our Boot camp sessions are an hour long and offer a structured environment where fighters engage in rigorous sessions that combine boxing techniques with overall fitness training.

A typical sessions starts with a warm-up, followed by an hour long series of boxing drills that include shadow boxing, heavy bag work, and mitt work with a trainer…all done in three minute rounds with some time between rounds to move stations or perform exercises such as burpees, jumping jacks or even a quick run around our parking lot. These drills not only improve technique but also enhance cardiovascular health and increase endurance. Additionally, bodyweight strength training exercises such as burpees, push-ups, and abdominal workouts are integrated to build muscle and core stability.

The bootcamps not only focus on physical fitness but also on mental toughness and discipline. The intense nature of the workouts pushes participants to their limits, promoting personal growth and resilience.

Moreover, these camps foster a sense of community. You’ll want to push the other fighters in your group.
